Sargent-Disc works with a number of training providers and has provided training for and in conjunction with industry bodies such as the Skillset, BECTU, The Production Guild and the National Film and Television School, running courses in payroll, accounting, Vista Accounting and Movie Magic Budgeting and Scheduling.

Skillset bursaries

If you are planning on attending one of our courses and are manager level, or looking to move to manager level, and have a feature film credit, you may be eligible for Skillset funding under their Management and Leadership support programme.

Skillset will pay up to 80% of costs for eligible freelancers, and up to 50% for eligible permanently employed applicants.
