The ADA aims to represent the interests of its members and to continually improve their standards via training and distribution of information. All members have access to the ADA database, an online resource for contacting all other members and the online forum for discussion of relevant issues. The ADA also aim to improve working conditions for members, particularly with regard to health and safety. The ADA are seeking to establish fair pay levels for members and reduce exploitation, particularly in the case of our more junior members. |
